Hi, I’m Lindsey, the owner and speech-language pathologist behind Rooted Expressions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana State University in 2007, and shortly after, made the move to sunny Arizona to begin my career in the public school system. In 2009, I began my Master’s program in Speech-Language Pathology through Nova Southeastern University’s online program and completed both my degree and Clinical Fellowship in 2013.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working primarily with pediatric clients across educational, home health, and outpatient settings. I love building strong partnerships with educators and families to help children thrive in their communication skills. I have a deep passion for speech sound disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and empowering others through education and collaboration.

Rooted Expressions was created to provide compassionate, individualized support for clients with diverse communication needs— grounded in experience, empathy, and connection.
